We have our work independently checked. An independent defect inspector will go over our work and address any issues before we invoice you for the work. This way you don't need to worry about having sub-standard work handed over, or problems that will become apparent after you have paid for the work.

Any issues that arise after installation will be our top priority. With this type of work there is the potential for teething problems to arise in newly completed projects such as ground and post settling, gate mechanisms, expansion and contraction of metal products (particularly in the ACT) and other issues. This is a normal part of any project and we will address all these issues as soon as they arise.
